So excited to finally try!! Fantastic food at a very affordable price! The location is easy to access and quick production. I am a chipotle love but this will be my families new spot to support local and good portions! Kids give it A+Congratulations new owners- your chiropractor neighbors next door!

Great food and the staff is chill. I come here all the time ordering food to-go usually but the inside is always fine. Brought my bros here and now it's on the short list of places they say we should order from.

Ate here on a whim after grocery shopping and glad we did. The burritos were great, good size, and served with chips on the side. I will say they are a little pricey for what they are but it’s better in quality and equal in price to most major chains for two to eat ($30 for two), and the endless salsa was perfect though and worth it in my mind. Next time will try the extra spicy salsa.

Excellent food made by good people that take the time to make it right. Nachos were awesome.

For $10 they serve the best breakfast burrito in the Kansas City area. Comes with chips and salsa. Hard to beat!

A burrito so powerful, it should come with a warning label and a therapist. I’ve been devouring the El Campeón Chicken Burrito like it’s a coping mechanism. And honestly? It is. The chicken is so juicy, so perfectly seasoned, you’d swear someone’s Abuela is in the back whispering prayers over the grill and threatening violence with a wooden spoon if it’s even one second overcooked. I add shrimp. Why? Because I love myself. And also because that shrimp is always cooked like it’s being judged on national television. Tender. Flawless. No chewy nonsense. It’s giving “Michelin star, but make it Latin street food realness.” And the extra hot salsa? Oh, baby. That salsa didn’t come to play. It came to destroy. It’s the kind of heat that makes you see God and text your ex. I keep eating it knowing full well it’s going to send me into gastrointestinal therapy; yet I chase it like it’s my birthright. Chill, kind, never frazzled. Honestly, he deserves a trophy and a skincare sponsorship. Champion Burritos is that girl. She’s not loud. She doesn’t post selfies. But she’s running laps around every overhyped spot in town. This is food that punches you in the mouth, kisses your forehead, and then asks for five stars. And you give it. Because how could you not? 15/10. Would break up with someone mid-date just to go here instead.

This is a small size restaurant with a simple design. You're not paying for an extravagant atmosphere, just a simple spot for food. I spoke with the manager and he recommended a steak and shrimp burrito. It was a little pricey, but it was also so big I only ate half and saved the rest for later. They had three choices of sauces. I tried the red colored mild and the green colored medium. They both had quite a bit of zing and a lot of flavor. The steak in my burrito was quite good. Tender and flavorful. The shrimp was good too. They didn't overcook it, which is the usual at other restaurants. Overall I thought the food was good and the staff was polite. The tables were clean so I didn't see any aftermath from the lunch rush. I find most places let the garbage linger these days so I was happy to not see that here. If you are tired of chipotle, I recommend trying it.
